Refund policy
–$15.00 Non-Refundable Diagnostic Fee Will Be Charged and Diagnostics of Laboursome issues, such as water damage, motherboard issues, etc. will be charged $50. (Included in repair charges if repaired)
-I, the customer, agree that all the information is correct to the best of my knowledge, and I allow Mobile Zone to repair/unlock my device and use the given information.
-After diagnosing the device, if there are any problems other than those stated above, a phone call or email might be sent explaining further complications and costs, with acknowledgment to Stop or Proceed further. If Mobile Zone is unable to reach me for any reason, then it is my responsibility to contact Mobile Zone.
-If requested to Stop, I am responsible for diagnostic charges and cost of completed repairs/labor. If told to Proceed, Mobile Zone will continue to repair the device.
-I acknowledge that if there is NO RESPONSE from me, then the device may not be fixed. If abandoned (10 days of no pick up), the device will be trashed.
Mobile Zone is not responsible for items such as cases, sim cards, sim trays, etc.
-I understand that repairs/unlocks can VOID manufacturer warranties (if any).
-I understand that Mobile Zone always tries its best; however, unforeseen issues can occur. I understand the nature of the repair of electronic devices, that the resolution may be temporary, and that other issues may occur after repair. ESPECIALLY for water-damaged devices, Mobile Zone will not be held responsible.
-I understand that any warranties from Mobile Zone only APPLY to parts of the device REPAIRED by Mobile Zone. Mobile Zone may reject warranties at their sole discretion.
-I understand that any damages, such as data loss or breakage, that occur while in the care of Mobile Zone ARE NOT the LIABILITY of Mobile Zone.
-I understand that I am responsible for picking up my device WITHIN 10 DAYS and checking it before leaving. Mobile Zone is not responsible for Stolen or Lost property.
-Mobile Zone gives a three-day checking warranty on-screen replacement but not on broken/cracked or water-damaged devices.
-Additionally, if I am selling/trading my device, I swear on oath that it is NOT STOLEN.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, or you may opt for in-store credit with no additional fees. We provide pre-paid shipping labels upon request for returns.
Warranties
All devices sold or repaired by Mobile Zone have 30-day warranty against non-accidental issues, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers operational defects that arise within the first year after purchase or repair. Please note, however, that data and personal information are not covered under this warranty. Accessories such as charging cables and blocks are warranted for 30 days against non-accidental issues.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- We will promptly assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Exchanges
- You may exchange a device for an item of the same value or pay the price difference.

- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Upon acceptance of your return, you may proceed with a separate purchase for your desired item.
