Eligible standard repairs may include screen, battery, back glass, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons and other part-level repairs, subject to device model, parts availability and final plan terms.
How enrollment works
In store: Bring your iPhone for inspection. Our team records the device model and IMEI or serial number, verifies its condition and helps you choose a plan.
Online verification: Contact our team for enrollment instructions. Verification requires one continuous, unedited video showing the powered-on device’s front, back, edges and corners, plus its IMEI or serial number in Settings > About.
Coverage starts only after Mobile Zone approves and registers the device.

- Loss or theft
- Water or liquid damage
- Pre-existing damage, cracks or defects
- Replacement phones or cash replacement value
- Replacement of an unrepairable device
- Board-level repairs under Care
