A $20 diagnostic fee applies to all standard device inspections.
A $50 diagnostic fee applies to devices with water damage or motherboard-related issues.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and are charged regardless of whether the repair is approved.
If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost (where applicable).
Repairs will only be performed after customer approval of the quoted cost.
Full payment is required upon repair completion before the device is released.
Repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability and device condition.
We stand behind our repair work with the following warranty coverage:
30-day limited warranty on most repairs, covering defects in parts and workmanship.
Screen repairs include a 3-day functional warranty only, covering display functionality issues.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, cracks, liquid damage, misuse, or accidental damage after repair.
Any unauthorized repair or modification voids the warranty.
Customers are fully responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting their device.
Mobile Zone Texas is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or breaches that may occur during or after the repair process.
We strongly recommend removing passwords and disabling security locks where possible to allow proper testing.
Devices not picked up within 10 days of repair completion or repair rejection will be considered unclaimed.
Unclaimed devices may be recycled, resold, or disposed of to recover repair, storage, or diagnostic costs.
Mobile Zone Texas is not responsible for data remaining on unclaimed devices.
Mobile Zone Texas is not liable for:
Pre-existing device conditions
Manufacturer defects
Data loss or software-related issues
Damage caused by prior repairs or third-party components
